This week at Scalable is about reviewing the year, strategizing for 2025, and celebrating our successes. For this reason, it’s one of my favorite times of the year.

Our big focus for next year is nailing the process—delivering consistently great service to all of our clients across the board.

In other words, we’re doubling down on what we started to really get right in the second half of this year. In addition, we’re taking feedback and running with it.

As I mentioned last week, the final few days of the year present such an amazing opportunity to review performance, set goals, and strategize before business as usual picks back up.
